A feminist at heart, with a strong belief, that an inclusive organizational culture brings about the best in teams and individuals, Tina has played various strategic & leadership roles in her 20+ years of work experience. With strong organizational development and program management skills, she has contributed to operations, marketing, mar-comms, Learning and Development, Social Impact, Diversity and Inclusion & CSR, leading many change initiatives across various spectrums.

Tina currently heads Diversity and Inclusion for ThoughtWorks, India. She is also part of the Global Social Impact Group leadership team and anchors the training program Pathashala.

With a passion for social change, she has run initiatives including the Humanitarian Software Program, which partnered with non-profit organizations to provide pro-bono s/w development services. Tina is part of the Board of Trustees for Solidarity Foundation, a non-profit which works towards the welfare of sex workers and sexual minorities. She also enables a safe and equitable workplace for employees, through Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) forum at ThoughtWorks.

A strong supporter of gender equity in IT, she has played a pivotal role in various initiatives, programs and conferences to drive Inclusion in Tech and corporate India. Her areas of passion & focus include LGBTQ+ Inclusion, Social Inclusion, Gender balance, Intersectionality and cultural & generational diversity. Tina often works with NGO’s, corporates and social organizations to contribute to social initiatives & programs.
